yesss sembreak.

Just saw Dan 'Shoe' Hsu on the EGM demo disc. He's cute. :D

Have gotten hooked on badminton lately. Apparently it isn't the sissy game I've always perceived it to be. Well, to me it used to be like a dumbed-down version of tennis. (Although of course the dude, who spends weekends teaching badminton to adults at some gym, has never known that. Maybe someday I'll tell him. But I digress.) Also my height has served me well in my games against friends. Hmmm.

Went to a party hosted by the er, GoG (Janine will get this). Was work, but strangely enough I had fun. Plus we get free kerchiefs and shirts.

Am happy to announce that I now have kickass camera phone with Bluetooth connectivity. Oh joy! :D Have spent better part of last night uploading/downloading files. Will finally have a Chemistry ringtone! How cool is that? No, don't answer. I know how cool.

Our beloved online registration system, CRS, has failed to grant me one subject. Otherwise, it has done its normal work of ruining my schedule utterly. I got the classes I wanted, but at different times. As a result I have to get up earlier than 7 on school days. WHY?! Why, after I painstakingly and almost obssessively worked it out to suit me?

But that is life. I can only hope next sem will turn out better. Ooh, that reminds me. All's well (relatively speaking) on the academics front.

Anyway, here's my sked (so far):

M/Th
8.30 - 9.30 Physics 73
10 - 11.30 ChE 31
12 - 2 Physics 73.1

W
10 - 12 PE 2: Softball

T/F
7 - 8.30 EL 50
8.30 - 9.30 Physics 73
10 - 11.30 Chem 31
1 - 4 Chem 31.1

Still have to get ES 21. The only classes I can consider are MTh 7 - 8.30 and MTh 2.30 - 4.

I have a few days left to grow up, I think.

the dude and my own personal little hellhole

Last night some perky classmate of my little sister called twice, while my sister frantically shook her head and mimed for me to tell her friend she was studying. So by the third time I was ready to give the pesky caller a piece of my mind, when...

It wasn't a little girl on the phone. IT WAS THE DUDE! Ahahaha. I didn't know it was him at first. I was like, who's this? Because guys don't generally call me (well, except my orgmates). Whoa. We talked for an hour and a half. :D I was sooo happy, I slept through all the stuff I had to do.

But wait, you ask: What do you mean? Isn't it sem break, a time when you can laze around and sleeeeep?

Not anymore. I'm not at a liberty to say anything, but I am not. Enjoying. My sem break.

I hope I last. Hell *can* be concentrated in 2 weeks to maybe a month.

Back to the dude. We talked about Shark Tale, Alicia Keys, this camp thing he's inviting me to join (Hah! No way. I'm gonna be skinned.), how he got my number (Me: How'd you get tjis? Him: I...asked around.), plans for the sem break...

Basically we jive with each other except for religion, which is verrrry important in his life. I don't think I can work through that kink. Someone told me, if it's not everything, it's not worth it.

But he is so worth it. And I kind of get the feeling that he's not a love 'em and leave 'em type of guy. It's more of a long-term thing with him. Which means I can go concentrate on my other pursuits first. Haha. >:D

Seriously, it doesn't matter to me how long it'll take, or if I have to do all the work. I will get to know him and...I don't know. We'll see.:D
